Dr. Dayana Chaskar is a highly accomplished bilingual consultant, corporate trainer, clinical hypnotherapist, and module designer with over two decades of experience leading transformative learning and change initiatives across Asia. Since 2005, she has delivered more than 50,000 hours of training, specialising in Change Management, ESG & Sustainability, Strategic Communication, Mental Health, and Behavioural Intelligence. Her work blends psychological depth with corporate pragmatism, enabling professionals and organisations to lead responsibly, communicate with impact, and navigate change sustainably. Dr. Dayana’s diverse client portfolio spans multinationals, GLCs, PLCs, and federal agencies. In the private sector, she has worked with HSBC Malaysia, Motorola Solutions, Sime Darby Plantation, Maxis, CelcomDigi, Syngenta, Sibelco, British American Tobacco, Continental Tyres, QL Resources, Lenovo, Western Digital, SME Bank, AstraZeneca, Co-opbank Pertama, POS Malaysia, DRB Hicom, SP Setia, IOI Properties and Accenture among others. She has also supported academic institutions such as Taylors University, MAHSA, TAR UC, UPM, UM, and GMI, and trained international entities including Accreditation Services International GmbH (Germany), Rockwool Asia, Petrolines for Crude Oil Sudan, and the Brunei Investment Agency. In the public sector, Dr. Dayana has led programmes for over 30 agencies including Khazanah Nasional, MDEC, MAMPU, MPC, EPF, JPJ, DOSM, NPRA, DOE, LHDN, AKPK, TNB Research, KBS, MINDEF, FAMA, DOF, RELA, CIDB, and Perbadanan Kraftangan Malaysia. She is frequently engaged for national transformation initiatives, ESG compliance, and cultural realignment, especially in the context of IPO readiness and corporate restructuring. A certified PROSCI Change Practitioner, Certified ESG Professional (UNGCMYB), Certified TTT SEDG & GRI Frameworks and Certified CSI Facilitation (IGIT + Bursa Malaysia); Dr. Dayana is currently pursuing GRI Professional Certification and SIDC’s CCMP-SRI. Her ESG work spans sustainability reporting, carbon management, supply chain integration, and alignment to IFRS S1, S2, and GRI Standards. Her change projects focus on culture transformation, agile adoption, and stakeholder alignment. Academically, Dr. Dayana has a PhD in Human & Environmental Sciences, with additional academic qualifications in science and environmental management. Her professional credentials include certifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP Mastery, DiSC, CBT Coaching, Psychological First Aid, and Body Language Analysis, alongside teaching credentials from Cambridge ESOL (ICELT & CIDTT) and HRD Corp Malaysia. Dr. Dayana holds leadership roles as Honorary Secretary of PMO Global Institute Malaysia, Honorary Treasurer of MAPTaC, and is an active member of ESG Malaysia, MMHA, PEKA, MAFa, AHPM, and CBMRA. She was recognised in 2024 as one of the Global Top 101 Most Iconic L&D Leaders and received the Woman Super Achiever Award at the World HRD Congress in Mumbai.
