A note from Dr Shamma.
I support women and teen girls to break free from emotional overload, self-doubt, and people-pleasing by reconnecting with their voice, regulating emotional overload, and shifting limiting beliefs — through holding a safe space and equipping them with tools for a lasting change from within.
What makes my approach different is that I bridge two worlds: the system and the soul.
I’ve lived inside the structure — working in government strategy and public sector leadership — and I’ve equally walked the path of healing, self-awareness, and emotional growth. This dual lens allows me to guide clients in bringing emotional intelligence into their lives with both clarity and calm, helping them move forward with structure and self-trust.
I don’t give answers — I help you find yours. I don’t lead your life — I help you rewire your mindset and nervous system that’s been keeping you stuck. I don’t offer quick fixes shortcuts. I offer presence, structure, and powerful questions — to hear your own truth, learn to trust yourself, and walk with it.
