My passion is to help people realize their hidden potential to make them into effective leaders in their organizations. I have been actively doing executive coaching with corporate clients in the banking/securities business, insurance/re-insurance business, and several MNCs in diversified industries. I also provide coaching to international clients through digital platforms. I have also done coaching with NGOs on a pro bono basis. I have 27 years of working experience in the banking industry including Treasury, Corporate Banking and Cash Management.
