My profound passion lies in transforming lives and empowering individuals to embrace their true potential by harnessing the power of breathwork to rewire the subconscious mind, release trauma, and let go of emotional burdens. My journey with breathwork began in 2018, during a fragile period in my life. While serving an 8-year prison sentence, I confronted personal demons and adapted to sobriety after struggling with addiction for over 20 years. It was during this challenging time that I discovered the incredible healing capacity of breathwork. As a wellness enthusiast, I strive to nurture the mind, body, and soul connection. Through my work, I joyfully share the transformative techniques that have brought fulfillment and purpose to my own life.
