Michael Thomas is a seasoned sales leader and culture architect with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. Known as “the fixer” and “the king of culture,” he has transformed underperforming dealerships into top-performing, award-winning teams. His career journey began in Dallas, Texas, as a Call Center Representative, and he rose through the ranks to become the General Manager of several luxury dealerships in Northeast Ohio. In 2022, Michael launched The Michael Thomas Method, a sales impact and coaching company specializing in helping dealerships, retail businesses, and hospitality teams achieve consistent success through proven strategies and leadership development. Beyond his professional pursuits, Michael is deeply committed to his community. He serves as the Chairman of the Psych Staffing Board and has been a dedicated board member of Portage Path Behavioral Health for six years. A family man and mentor, Michael enjoys golfing, traveling to warm oceanside destinations, and empowering others to reach their fullest potential.
