A note from Shyamala.
I am an Executive and Leadership coach with 25 years Corporate experience in areas of Finance, Operations, Sales, Human resources, Training & Mentoring. I am accredited by International Coaching Federation as Professionally Certified Coach (Level 2) since 2021. I have coached more than 200 clients and have Coaching experience of more than 1500 hours. I help individuals navigate their personal and professional challenges (mostly fear and doubt) and empower them to take decisions towards achievement of their goals and purpose in life. Having balanced a Career in Leadership positions and family life simultaneously, my focus is on helping individuals create work life harmony, self-care and self-expression of their inherent strengths. This eventually leads to unlocking their potential and becoming the best version of themselves leading to freedom, peace and happiness in life.
