As founder and CEO of Academia Antehadel, she has designed and led a comprehensive educational platform that promotes personal and professional growth internationally.
With more than 15 years of experience in areas such as sales, digital marketing, and business leadership, she has worked with various brands and sectors, consolidating her expertise in commercial strategies and high-performance team building.
Additionally, Violeta holds certifications in Total Coaching, Family Constellation Therapy, Psychological Evolutionary Astrology, Biodecoding, and Gestalt therapy applied to coaching and mentoring, allowing her to integrate a holistic approach into her training and mentoring work.
